Resources

One of the hardest thing about beginning the self-publishing process is finding professionals to work with. I had to search many place to find my own team members so I’ve begun collecting professionals for other authors to check out. I’ve listed the books the I worked with the person with. I’ve also added if the professional has client recommendations.  I can only vouch for the people I’ve personally used. I recommend that you get references for anyone you consider using.

 Self-Pub Friendly Book Review Tours

I have personally found that good, strong, positive reviews sell books. The easiest way to set up reviews is to hire someone to set up a review tour for you.

Samantha at ChickLitPlus Genres: Samantha has a wide pool of bloggers and offers tours for almost every genre. I used Samantha for Twenty-Eight and a Half Wishes and will be using her for my upcoming tours for Chosen and Here. Almost all tour stops are reviews.

Roxanne at Bewitching Blog Tours Genre: Paranormal. I used Roxanne for a blog tour with Chosen. Only half of the tour was reviews. The other blog stops were guest blog posts or interviews. Roxanne does offer a Twitter party to promote your book and also set up a blog radio interview. Bloggers Open to Reviewing Self-Published Books
